Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and thanking all customers, making eye contact, and being courteous.
- Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely, adhering to CSI guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain cash drawer to be at or below maximum level and secure all funds in a safe.
- Perform cashier reconciliation at each end of shift to ensure accurate management of sales.
- Follow CSI cash handling policies, guidelines, and procedures consistently.
- Perform consistent station cleaning of indoor and outdoor facilities, including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash, if applicable.
- Prepare food and hot beverage products, effectively managing ExtraMile and/or KKC food service and beverages.
- Actively promote store specials and other marketing programs.
- Cross-check the price of delivered goods for accuracy and distribute delivered goods in an orderly manner throughout the store.
- Observe local law requirements in activating and filling vehicle fuel tanks with gasoline or diesel fuel to specified levels.
- Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California, Oregon, or Washington locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work the Graveyard shift from 10 pm to 6 am.
- We offer a $1.25 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 10 pm to 6 am.
- USA-based job position. Visas will not be granted.
