  • Assist the Agent in assessing team performance.

  • Proven ability to lead in a Sales & Service environment.
  • Motivated to achieve and exceed production targets for increased compensation.
  • Dependable with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Able to cultivate meaningful relationships with clients to distinguish our agency from competitors.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Must have a clean criminal background, as a background check will be conducted.
