As OSL continues to expand, we are in search of a proactive leader in the role of Mobile Sales Team Leader to guide, mentor, and cultivate talent.
Your Role:
In this position, you will serve as the primary contact at the store level, overseeing 1-4 Walmart Wireless Locations and motivating a team of dedicated Mobile Experts. Your goal is to exceed sales targets while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Recruiting and developing your own sales team.
- Demonstrating operational excellence by managing your locations effectively and maximizing profitability.
- Coaching and fostering a collaborative team environment with a strong sales focus.
- Actively participating in sales alongside your team on a daily basis.
- Inspiring your team through your presence and work ethic.
- Staying informed on product knowledge to assist your team in providing optimal solutions.
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in retail management.
- A proven track record of driving sales and delivering excellent service while maintaining operational standards.
- Expertise in recruitment, coaching, and understanding local employment regulations.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- A reliable vehicle and the capacity to travel frequently to monitor your stores during operational hours.
