Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the nutritional status of residents, identify their needs, and create tailored nutrition care plans.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary Plan of Care meetings, review care strategies, and maintain a monitoring system to ensure effective care and timely evaluations.
  • Provide counseling to residents regarding their individual nutritional requirements and oversee their acceptance of meals and beverages.
  • Guarantee the nutritional adequacy of menus and the Diet Manual.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: Competitive hourly rate

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Nutrition or a related field.
  • Valid New York State Registered Dietitian License.
