The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, handling their requests in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, both technically and administratively.
  • Remotely program and configure customer systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer account information, ensuring continuity and quality control.
  • Work proactively to prevent account cancellations and promote customer retention.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, with a strong focus on technical support and problem-solving.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and systems, with a willingness to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
