Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Store Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service to meet the needs of our customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and loyalty
  • Assist with customer account management, including accepting payments and monitoring customer appointments
  • Work to meet company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities and participating in in-store and community events
  • Conduct vehicle appraisals accurately using the assessment tool
  • Enter and maintain customer information in the Point-of-Sale system with accuracy and integrity
  • Uphold compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Utilize personal vehicle to complete bank deposits and other company business throughout the workday
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service, sales, or retail experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
  • Background check required (subject to applicable law)
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations
