POSITION SUMMARY: Enscicon Corporation is seeking a qualified Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage various mission-critical data center projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This role is essential in ensuring that all construction activities are executed efficiently and in alignment with project goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate and allocate all trade assignments based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the client's team to review project timelines and ensure adherence to critical milestones.
  • Document and report any field issues affecting budget, quality, or schedule to the project management team.
  • Address subcontractor inquiries regarding field issues impacting project deliverables.
  • Guide the implementation of the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.
  • Work closely with the on-site safety team to ensure compliance with safety regulations among all subcontractors.
  • Develop and maintain a succession plan for high-potential tradesmen in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
  • Assist the Project Executive, Construction Manager, and Project Manager in formulating logistics plans and schedules during the pre-construction phase and early project activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in construction, specifically as an MEP or General Superintendent for data center projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, SharePoint, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.

  • Experience with various construction divisions, from concrete to finishing trades.
  • Ability to foster effective relationships within the project team and across the organization.
  • Keep field team members informed and engaged in decision-making processes.
  • Recognize and address client needs proactively.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance project value.
  • Adaptability to changing company needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
  • Hourly rate ranging from $45.00 to $65.00, based on experience.
  • Preference for local candidates; per diem available for those residing outside a 60-mile radius of the project site.
