POSITION SUMMARY
The Itasca County Sheriff's Department is seeking a dedicated Law Enforcement Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in safeguarding the community by protecting lives and property, preventing criminal activities, and enforcing local laws and regulations throughout the County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patrols to deter and detect criminal activity.
- Respond to emergency calls and incidents.
- Perform duties as a Bailiff and in Recreational areas.
- Exercise full powers of arrest as a Road Deputy.
Work Schedule:
The typical work week consists of an average of 42 hours, adhering to a consistent scheduling procedure.

Qualifications:
