Job Requirements:

As an Appway BPM Specialist at Omni Inclusive, you will be responsible for developing and configuring applications using Appway for various business processes. This includes creating workflows, configuring parameters, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. Your expertise in Java 8 and BPM development will be crucial in driving business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Appway-based solutions for business processes such as New Account Opening and Client Account Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Configure and optimize Appway parameters to ensure high-performance applications.
  • Develop and maintain workflows using Appway product.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of software development experience.
  • 7+ years of programming experience in Java environment (Java 8).
  • 2+ years of AppWay development experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in BPM development.
  • Good understanding of Wealth Management domain.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • 4+ years working in an Agile framework (SCRUM).
