Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will manage various aspects of civil litigation within the realm of plaintiff's personal injury, including but not limited to:

  • Handling active cases involving auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and governmental negligence.
  • Conducting depositions, preparing motions, and engaging in trial preparations.
  • Participating in arbitrations and mediations as required.
  • Engaging in pre-litigation tasks such as drafting and reviewing settlement demands and negotiations.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in personal injury or litigation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of motivation and a robust work ethic, with a willingness to put in extra hours to meet client needs.
  • A positive demeanor and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals.
  • A clean disciplinary record and active WSBA membership.
