About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned equipment maintenance expert to join our Enterprise Maintenance Excellence function. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing best practices for equipment requirements and maintenance, driving consistency across the organization.
  • Deploying our Enterprise Maintenance Excellence roadmap, leveraging Total Performance Maintenance principles to optimize equipment performance.
  • Providing technical expertise on equipment performance and reliability, ensuring seamless collaboration with manufacturing maintenance and process engineering teams.
  • Developing and deploying equipment and maintenance excellence strategies, applying root cause analysis and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.
  • Defining and writing preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, ensuring proactive maintenance and minimizing downtime.
  • Leading a high-performing engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining our global equipment inventory, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Partnering with internal and external experts to maintain and strengthen our engineering and technical capabilities.
  • Growing and nurturing cross-site and cross-functional relationships, driving collaboration and alignment across the organization.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and external standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field, with a minimum of 7 years of direct equipment or maintenance engineering experience.
  • OR an advanced degree in Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of direct equipment or maintenance engineering experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of direct equipment or maintenance engineering experience.
  • Excellent team building, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Total Performance Maintenance (TPM) application.
  • CMRP or CRL certification.
