Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team at Medtronic. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying the Medtronic Performance System (MPS) in the Operations Environment, leading to improved manufacturing processes and increased efficiency.


Key Responsibilities



  • Deploy MPS in the Operations Environment, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to existing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
  • Develop and implement Lean Sigma Black Belt methodologies to drive process improvements and reduce waste
  • Design and implement process simulations, capacity analyses, and time studies to optimize manufacturing processes
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing process improvement, with a focus on Lean Sigma Black Belt methodologies
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including process simulation, capacity analysis, and time studies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Advanced Excel
