Job Summary

At Tripalink Corp, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of all facilities within our Varsity Campus. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance program for all campus facilities, ensuring timely completion of work orders and repairs.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all facilities meet or exceed safety regulations and codes, developing and implementing safety protocols, procedures, and training for maintenance staff.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure prompt and efficient services, soliciting and evaluating bids for repairs, upgrades, and renovation projects.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the facilities maintenance budget effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing strategies to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
  • Capital Planning and Project Management: Collaborate with the management team to develop long-term capital plans for facility improvements and upgrades, managing construction and renovation projects to ensure compliance with timelines and budgetary constraints.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in an educational or similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing a team of maintenance staff.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management software and other relevant technology tools.
