Role Overview

The Commercial Contracts Specialist will be responsible for drafting and reviewing commercial contracts that align with our global business objectives.
The ideal candidate has international experience, exceptional business acumen, and a deep understanding of commercial agreements within enterprise-scale operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review a variety of commercial contracts, including vendor, partner, and customer agreements.
- Work closely with internal business executives and leaders to understand business needs and align contracts accordingly.
- Maintain a strong focus on detail while ensuring all contracts comply with U.S. and international legal requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with international teams and manage contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide ongoing support and counsel on contract-related matters, ensuring business objectives are met.
- Stay current on industry trends and apply them in the contract drafting process.
Education:
Doctorate/JD (Required)
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience drafting commercial contracts, preferably in technology and e-commerce.
- International contract drafting experience is a must.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale vendors, partners, and customers.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to provide strategic insights.
- Proven ability to form effective relationships with executives and business leaders.
- High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Must reside within a commutable distance to our Los Angeles or San Diego offices.
- Committed to work onsite as business needs demand.
