Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to lead our medical office building portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership and management of all aspects of our properties, including tenant relations, building operations, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners.
  • Lead building management staff to ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Anticipate and respond to property owner's needs and concerns.
  • Perform regular inspections of the property and recommend necessary alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.
  • Develop, manage, and understand annual operating budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for each property.
  • Oversee rent collection, expense payment, lease compliance, and legal notices.
  • Develop and manage property-marketing plans to maintain building occupancy.
  • Perform leasing sales calls, conduct meetings with prospective tenants, and negotiate lease provisions.
  • Procure and manage vendor service contracts, ensuring proper performance and timely payment.
  • Lead annual building management staff performance reviews and guide future career development.
  • Oversee tenant move-in and move-out processes, preventive maintenance programs, and capital expenditures planning.
Requirements
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents and contracts.
  • Ability to forecast and prepare budgets.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and motivate others.
  • Ability to respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and management.
  • Ability to make effective presentations to clients, prospective clients, or internal staff.
  • Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Active Real Estate Salesperson's license is required.
  • Must have reliable transportation and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background, credit, and drug screen.
Working Environment

The work environment is typically moderate, with occasional exposure to noise.
