Compensation:

Starting salary is $40,000 annually.

Core Responsibilities:

The Property Manager is primarily responsible for delivering an outstanding product regarding guest service, property condition, and team engagement. They ensure efficient operations and prompt communication and resolution of issues. Below is a summary of primary responsibilities:

Property Management:

  • Conduct inspections of rooms before, during, and after guest stays.
  • Oversee ongoing preventative maintenance.
  • Maintain a low count of out-of-order rooms.
  • Assign and monitor guest and team maintenance requests.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance situations.
  • Coordinate security, housekeeping, groundskeeping, laundry, and maintenance operations.
  • Ensure that the property maintains high curb appeal.

Team Development:

  • Recruit and train top talent in the industry.
  • Evaluate and coach team members in alignment with their Career Success Profiles.
  • Hold team members accountable through Daily Huddles and monthly Alignment Meetings.
  • Ensure appropriate attire for team members based on their roles.
  • Establish weekly schedules considering arrivals, departures, and special projects.
  • Monitor attendance and compliance with timekeeping.

Guest Relations:

  • Foster professional relationships with all guests.
  • Encourage positive reviews and referrals from guests.
  • Exemplify a welcoming and service-oriented attitude for all team members.
  • Enforce Stayable's Rules & Regulations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Prepare, post, and follow up on violation notices.
  • Implement new objectives and procedures as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of team member documentation and timekeeping.
  • Respond promptly to requests for information from regional and corporate teams.
  • Prepare and file incident reports as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and prepare purchase orders.

Below are the minimum expectations for a Property Manager to succeed in their role:

Property Management:

  • Inspect every room on the day of arrival, day of departure, after the room is prepared, and once per month while the guest is in-house.
  • Minimize out-of-order rooms to an acceptable range (3–5-day turnaround time).
  • Maintain superior quality scores based on scheduled and unannounced assessments and guest reviews.

Team Engagement:

  • Hire and retain individuals who embody our values and contribute to our culture.
  • Achieve industry-leading retention targets.
  • Maintain strong attendance and compliance with timekeeping.
  • Align with direct reports and supervisors by executing meeting schedules consistently.
