Compensation:
Starting salary is $40,000 annually.

This is a salaried, exempt position that may require non-traditional hours. Property Managers have opportunities for bonuses, and salaries may be adjusted based on experience, cost of living, and contributions to property success.
Core Responsibilities:
The Property Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining property conditions, and fostering team engagement. They also ensure efficient operations and prompt communication of issues. Below is a summary of primary responsibilities.
Property Maintenance:
- Conduct inspections of rooms before, during, and after guest stays.
- Oversee ongoing preventative maintenance.
- Maintain a low count of out-of-order rooms.
- Assign and monitor guest and team maintenance requests.
- Address emergency maintenance situations.
- Coordinate security, housekeeping, groundskeeping, laundry, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure the property’s curb appeal meets high standards.
Team Management:
- Recruit and train top talent in the industry.
- Evaluate and coach team members according to their Career Success Profiles.
- Hold team members accountable through regular meetings.
- Ensure team members are appropriately attired for their roles.
- Establish weekly schedules based on operational needs.
- Monitor attendance and compliance with timekeeping policies.
Guest Relations:
- Build professional relationships with all guests.
- Encourage positive reviews and referrals from guests.
- Exemplify a welcoming and service-oriented attitude for the team.
- Enforce company policies to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Draft and follow up on violation notices.
- Implement new objectives and procedures as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of employee paperwork.
- Respond promptly to information requests from regional and corporate teams.
- Prepare and file incident reports as necessary.
- Maintain accurate inventory and manage purchase orders.

This is a vital position within the organization. Property Managers deliver the physical product in a way that is unique to this role. Minimum expectations for success in this role include:
Property Maintenance:
- Inspect every room on the day of arrival, day of departure, and monthly while guests are in-house.
- Minimize out-of-order rooms to an acceptable range.
- Maintain superior quality scores based on assessments and guest feedback.
Team Engagement:
- Hire and retain individuals who embody our values and enhance our culture.
- Achieve industry-leading retention rates.
- Maintain strong attendance and compliance with timekeeping.
- Align with supervisors through regular meetings.
General Responsibilities:
- Act as a role model for all team members.
