Working autonomously and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, the APP will diagnose and manage clients' healthcare problems, maintaining an annual protocol with a supervising physician as required by state professional regulatory agencies.
The APP will work in a family practice setting, providing primary care services, including in-person and virtual appointments. The ideal candidate will work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide cost-effective care.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care services in a family practice setting
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Diagnose and manage clients' healthcare problems
- Maintain an annual protocol with a supervising physician
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care
- Current licensure as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Florida
- FNP or dual Adult Gerontology Primary Care & Pediatrics board certification required for APRNs
- At least one year of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider required
