The Advanced Practice Provider delivers high-quality patient care, emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, they diagnose and manage clients' healthcare problems, maintaining a strong protocol with supervising physicians as required by state regulatory agencies. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing and medical services to individuals, families, and groups
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively with various healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs

Qualifications

  • Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Florida
  • PA and/or NP certification in Acute Care or Gerontology
  • Surgery and/or Oncology experience preferred
