- Conduct thorough assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and procedural interventions
- Document patient care in accordance with medical staff rules and regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
- Active Florida medical license and certification in a relevant specialty
- Experience in oncology or general internal medicine, with a strong focus on patient-centered care

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
