Advanced Practice Healthcare Professional

TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to deliver exceptional healthcare services to our patients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations to diagnose and treat patients.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare providers.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed to inform treatment decisions.
- Prescribe and dispense medications safely and effectively.
- Document patient information and review medical histories at each visit.
- Evaluate patient response to treatments and adjust plans as necessary.
- Consult and collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Counsel patients and provide education on health and wellness topics.
- Perform minor procedures within the scope of practice and company protocols.
Requirements:
- Current state licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Associate.
- DEA license with no restrictions (preferred).
- Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certification.
- Current certification with the NRCME to perform Department of Transportation exams.
- Two years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate (strongly preferred).
- New graduates with significant procedural skills/experience will be considered.
- Clinical experience in an emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care setting (strongly preferred).
