We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to customers in person and over the phone
- Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services
- Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently
- Meet sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product features and maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products
