Job Title: Residential Counselor II

Job Summary:

COMHAR, Inc. is seeking a qualified Residential Counselor II to join our team. As a Residential Counselor II, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients in a community-based residential setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet client needs
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of client progress and services provided
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client care
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in human services or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in mental health or related field
  • Valid PA driver's license

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. The successful candidate will be required to pass a background check and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
