AxisCare is seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a list of potential prospective clients and engaging with them through various channels.

About the Job:

  • Develop a list of potential prospective clients and engage with them through cold calling, emailing, and social connections.
  • Use AxisCare's marketing and sales enablement collateral to resource prospects during their buying journey.
  • Maintain an updated list of current targets with accurate scores and interaction information.
  • Nurture prospects who are not currently ready to purchase but have a high likelihood of partnering with AxisCare in the future.

Requirements and Perks:

  • Proven track record of overcoming objections and creating a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a hard-driving, fun, goal-oriented sales environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Salary: $52,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Commission-based compensation.
  • Optional 401(k) contribution plan.
