Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Staffing Operations Manager to join our team at The Reserves Network. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, managing check-ins for our contingent workforce, and providing orientation for new workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Sourcing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including online sourcing, networking, and cold calling.
  • Workforce Management: Manage check-ins for our contingent workforce, handle call-offs, and coordinate replacements to ensure seamless operations.
  • Training and Development: Provide orientation for new workers on both client systems and The Reserves Network procedures to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process time sheets and invoices, maintain accurate workforce records, and prepare detailed headcount reports for weekly, monthly, and annual reviews.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high-quality standards through coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the key liaison between our client and The Reserves Network, providing feedback on workforce performance and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 6 months of customer service or recruiting experience, with on-site experience preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving and organizational abilities, intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
