Third Shift Onsite Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onsite Recruiter to join our team at The Reserves Network. As a key member of our staffing team, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring top talent for our clients in the Office, Industrial, Professional, Technical, and Healthcare markets.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for our clients.
- Candidate Management: Coordinate the onboarding process for contingent workers, including orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary liaison between our clients and The Reserves Network, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual headcount reports to provide insights and recommendations to our clients and management team.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of customer service and recruiting experience, with previous on-site experience preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and prioritizing skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to learn our staffing and recruiting software.
