Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5 PM - 3 AM

Location: Timberlake, NC

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through online sourcing, networking, cold calling, career fairs, and more.
  • Manage check-ins for our contingent workforce, handle call-offs, and coordinate replacements.
  • Provide orientation for new workers on both the client's systems and The Reserve Network’s procedures.
  • Process time sheets and invoices while maintaining accurate workforce records.
  • Uphold high-quality standards through coaching, performance evaluations, and when necessary, disciplinary actions.
  • Serve as the key liaison between our client and The Reserves Network, offering feedback on workforce performance.
  • Prepare detailed headcount reports for weekly, monthly, and annual reviews.
  • Work with large volumes of both blue-collar and white-collar candidates in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring:

  • At least 6 months of customer service or recruiting experience (on-site experience preferred).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and quickly adapt to new priorities.
  • Willingness to learn our staffing and recruiting software.
