About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at McDonald's. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming environment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on menu items, promotions, and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
