Your Role:

  • Efficiently manage cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate posting of charges and preparing deposits.
  • Oversee guest safe-deposit box management.
  • Enhance hotel profitability through effective room upselling techniques.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly answering calls and greeting guests with professionalism.
  • Process guest registrations, issue room keys, and provide detailed information about hotel facilities.
  • Relay guest requests or concerns to management for prompt resolution.
  • Address guest complaints with a focus on achieving satisfaction.
  • Assist with managing guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Encourage collaboration and high-quality service across various departments.
  • Perform additional responsibilities such as conducting guest room tours and providing concierge services.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of experience in front desk or guest services.
  • Some college education is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and utilize computer systems effectively.
  • Strong skills in communication, reading, writing, and basic mathematics.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capacity for training others.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
