Job Opportunity: Medical Financial Performance Optimizer

We are seeking a skilled Medical Financial Performance Optimizer to join our team at Oxford and Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial activity, developing and implementing strategies to improve performance, and providing statistical and analytical support to department staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and reduce costs
  • Provide support to department staff on data analysis and reporting
Requirements:
  • Expertise in EDI and HIPAA testing with multiple transaction exposure
  • Strong understanding of managed care payer requirements and operational improvements
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare Industry
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan.
