About the Role

Oxford and Associates is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics department, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement within our medical facilities and developing strategies to maximize performance and profitability.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial activity to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop plans to manage expenses effectively.
  • Develop and maintain production reporting capabilities to ensure timely and accurate data distribution.
  • Provide statistical and analytical support to department staff using SAS, SQL, and other software packages.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in EDI and HIPAA testing with experience in multiple transactions exposure (837, 835, 834, 820, 270, 271, 276, 277, 278).
  • Strong knowledge of managed care payer requirements, operational improvements, and procedures.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare Industry, particularly in claim processing, billing/invoicing, and customer care.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
