Job Title: Principal Mechanical Engineer

The Principal Mechanical Engineer will serve as the technical lead for new or modified programs from initial concept design through production transition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide mechanical engineering leadership for assigned projects, collaborating with cross-functional design, analytical, and project engineering teams.
  • Identify process and product improvements, including root cause and corrective action investigations for new and legacy products.
  • Prepare component specifications, design inputs, and engineering reports.
  • Oversee mechanical test activities and communicate with customers on technical and project management topics.
  • Foster good working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Support Operations to ensure the engineered product meets financial objectives through implementation of acceptance test and build standards that align with Design to Cost (DTC) objectives.
  • Assist management in tracking schedule and budget commitments.
Requirements:
  • BSME or MSME (preferred)
  • 15+ years experience
