LVN Charge Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LVN Charge Nurse to join our team at The Heights of North Houston. As a key member of our nursing department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and community members.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of LVNs to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new procedures
Requirements:
  • Current and valid Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State
  • Proven experience as an LVN Charge Nurse or in a similar leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
