Job Title: Healthcare Benefits Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Healthcare Benefits Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, brokers, and providers while ensuring accurate and timely resolution of their inquiries.

Your primary responsibilities will include responding to phone calls, emails, and online chats from members, brokers, and providers regarding product information, benefits, claims resolution, eligibility, and billing questions. You will also proactively provide information and education to members on various healthcare benefits and services.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

About the Role: This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. You will have access to competitive benefits and opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of healthcare insurance and related products. A degree in health administration or a related field is preferred, but not required.
