About the Role:
Joulé, a leading provider of workforce solutions and integrated services, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join its dynamic internal team. As a trusted partner to clients nationwide, we deliver expert staffing services across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new contract employees, including completion of pre-employment documentation.
- Coordinate with contract employees to schedule and complete pre-employment screening, including background checks and drug testing for Science and Clinical operations.
- Confirm start dates with customers and internal teams, while managing contractor assignments and offboarding processes.
- Monitor contractor and customer time reporting, and provide support for payroll and operational activities as needed.
Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in office technology, including Microsoft Office suite.
- 2-5 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience with human resources functions, such as recruitment, pre-employment screening, and employment compliance, is highly desirable.
- Critical thinking and project management skills are essential.
- Availability to work in our office on a full-time basis, 5 days a week.
