**Role Summary:** The Behavioral Intervention Specialist is a clinical position that involves working with multiple programs where you will be responsible for assessing individuals' habilitative, behavioral, and psychiatric needs. You will develop and implement effective interventions to support those needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Identify the habilitative, behavioral, and psychiatric needs of the people we support through formal and informal assessments.
  • Conduct behavioral and habilitative assessments using person-centered tools and data from multiple sources.
  • Analyze data to develop individualized habilitative and behavior support plans.
  • Research and implement evidence-based treatment interventions.
  • Develop various types of habilitative and support plans.

Requirements:
Master's degree in a clinical or treatment field, documented training in assessment techniques, and behavior support plan development. Ability to work a flexible schedule and regularly travel to multiple programs. Must hold or obtain certification in Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention - Revised (SCIP-R) or SCIP-R Restrictive and CPR if required for assigned program(s).

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000.00-60,000.00 Annually; based upon education and experience.
