Dollar General is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair lift trucks, pallet jacks, and cat fork trucks, including hydraulics, motor and drive unit replacement, tire and wheel replacement.
- Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and running efficiently.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or repair work.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
