Join Our Team as a Personal Care Assistant

At Right At Home, we are a dynamic home care agency dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. We prioritize your scheduling preferences, carefully pair caregivers with clients, and offer continuous training along with various incentives. Our shifts are flexible and may include weekends, days, nights, and overnights to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Personal Care Services: Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility support (ADLs) for clients.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and activities tailored for elderly clients based on a personalized care plan.
  • Provide companionship by accompanying clients on walks, social outings, and assisting with hobbies and errands.
  • Act as a crucial member of the care team to ensure clients receive the support they need at home.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
  • Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation
  • Exhibit qualities of compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and integrity
Compensation: Our starting pay is $16.20 per hour, with additional pay for weekend shifts, couples cases, and special COVID-19 cases.
