Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative for Closed System Transfer Devices, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and promoting our products to healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Consistently drive sales growth in Closed System Transfer Devices
- Maintain and grow current sales of OnGuard and assigned Closed System Transfer Devices to meet corporate growth objectives
- Call on Pharmacists, Hospital Administrators, Materials Managers, Nurses, and other decision-makers in the sales process
- Motivate and coach selling efforts of B. Braun sales representatives as it relates to positioning B. Braun Closed System Transfer Devices
- Work with varying Hospital Care sales specialties to qualify new leads and advance the sales process
- Bachelor's degree required
- 04-06 years related experience required
- Frequent overnight business travel (domestic)
- Valid driver's license and current automobile registration and insurance

Compensation:The targeted range for this role is $75,834 - $94,793 (plus incentive compensation).
