As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the strategic development, administration, and retention of all branch operations leaders and their personal engagement with programs in a defined geographic area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of branch operations leaders and ensure they are equipped to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution operations, including routing, fuel efficiency, labor hours, and inventory control.
  • Manage all aspects of safety, including compliance with Federal, State, Local, Corporate safety and environmental regulations.
  • Ensure product delivered meets or exceeds quality control standards.
  • Interface with regional sales personnel and customers to ensure customer standards are exceeded.
  • Manage regional operations to ensure budgetary goals are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5-6 years of recent experience in the Last-Mile service industry, with a focus on leading a team in multiple sites across North America.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team to perform to exceed goals and targets.
  • Proficient in computer programs such as Google Mail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Peoplesoft, GeoTab, Lytx, SAP, and other related software in the logistics and supply chain space.
