Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by utilizing a proven sales process to understand each customer's unique sleep needs and guide them towards selecting the ideal Sleep Number products.
- Foster strong relationships with customers by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and promotional information in a timely manner.
- Drive results-oriented performance by becoming a trusted 'Sleep Expert' and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Qualifications
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in high-end sales environments.
- A commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and attitude, representing the brand with integrity at all times.
- Adeptness in using technology required for store operations and sales presentations, including interactive demonstrations, iPads, and apps.
- An ability to adapt and grow in a fast-paced work environment.
- A genuine desire to learn and contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
- Motivation by a pay-for-performance compensation plan.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and proficiency in English; second language skills encouraged.
- A minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent; additional education and training preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- A competitive hourly rate ranging from $15.00 per hour, complemented by commission and bonus plans.
