Attention to detail is crucial, as our roles involve managing a high volume of calls across various accounts, presenting new challenges to tackle each day. Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training.
This position is office-based.
Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming client calls, adhering to detailed scripts, completing intake forms while conversing with clients, and managing calls through electronic means and live transfers. You will be expected to establish the tone and rhythm of your calls while maintaining professionalism and demonstrating empathy and patience with potential clients.
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in spelling, grammar, and diction
- A professional phone demeanor that conveys care and concern for clients
- Active listening skills to accurately gather client information
- The ability to ask relevant questions
- Capability to engage with diverse personalities and extract essential details to assess the viability of their claims
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficiency in PC/Computer usage within a Microsoft Windows environment
- A flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- A High School Diploma or GED, and a minimum age of 18

Perfect attendance is defined as being punctual for the start of your shift, returning on time from breaks, and completing your assigned shift in full. Compensation without perfect attendance is $18 per hour.
Available Shifts:
- Full-Time - 40 hours
- 2nd Shift - Various shifts between 12 PM and 1 AM
- Availability to work either Saturday or Sunday each week is required
