  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 5 years of cumulative experience in vendor management, contract adherence, and process enhancement within the software development sector
  • Comprehensive knowledge of agile frameworks and project management methodologies
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, and familiarity with project management platforms such as JIRA, Trello, or Octane

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee vendor partnerships to ensure alignment with organizational goals and obligations
  • Establish and Enhance Processes:
  • Collaborate with vendors to develop effective processes for reporting, governance, and operational efficiency
  • Provide leadership and insights on agile practices, including Kanban and Scrum, to enhance project execution
  • Manage Compliance:
  • Guarantee strict compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards
  • Facilitate the resolution of challenges and obstacles to support the progress of development teams
  • Verify and confirm the acceptance of all deliverables prior to invoicing
  • Act as a communication bridge between delivery teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure alignment of objectives
  • Ensure thorough documentation of processes and collaborate with vendors to create dashboards and reporting tools
  • Assist in the formulation and negotiation of new contracts and statements of work
