Responsibilities:
* Performs all diagnostic testing and quality controls
* Prepares reagents
* Reports results according to established policies and procedures
* Reviews and oversees moderate to high complexity testing
* Uses, monitors, and maintains computer applications appropriate to the position
* Maintains equipment and supplies
* Works independently and in a team
* Must have customer service and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrates organizational, time management, critical thinking, written, and verbal skills
* Uses and understands medical terminology
* Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License
* ASCP certification preferred
* Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
* 1 year laboratory-related experience preferred
