Job Title: Clinical Nurse Department Pool I

BayCare Health Systems is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Pool RN to join our team at The Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program for Children in New Port Richey.

About the Role:
  • Independently care for a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards.
  • Delegate patient care activities to other members of the healthcare team.
  • Provide professional accountability and development.
  • Direct contact with the child and primary responsibility for providing personal care, assistance, and supervision.

Requirements:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • RN (Registered Nurse) licensure.
  • Nurse Specialty - preferred.
Education:
  • Associate's or Diploma in Nursing - Required.
  • Bachelor's in Nursing - Preferred.
Experience:
  • 18 months RN in an Acute Care Setting, requires 2 years of experience working with children.
