Job Overview

Dancker, a leading interior solutions firm, seeks a skilled Logistics Account Coordinator to join its team. This dynamic role involves providing exceptional customer service and sales support by managing assigned accounts from order processing to installation and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with account managers on internal aspects, including pricing, expediting shipments, and sales collaboration.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customer inquiries, problem resolutions, and support.
  • Develop and process quotes, sales orders, and invoices efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate vendor acknowledgments, lead times, and service delivery to ensure timely installation and accurate invoicing.
  • Obtain and complete certificates of insurance for and from clients.
  • Confirm completion of punch list activities and communicate with vendors on customer needs and specification issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through review of order lines, completion of punch list activities, and follow-up on vendor credits and freight claims.
  • Search for and recommend new processes to increase organization efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of job-related work experience.
