About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our airport lot team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with various aspects of the rental process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 pounds.
