Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Train and mentor project managers and staff
  • Ensure technical proficiency in studies, design, estimating, bidding, and construction phase services
  • Familiarize yourself with federal and state drinking water regulations and requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering with Master's or Master of Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, or ability to obtain reciprocal licenses within one year
  • 15+ years of increasing experience in engineering or planning and leadership
  • At least 5 years of experience as a project manager
Compensation Package

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience
