Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a temporary, skilled Merchant Services Operations Leader to support a client within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Vendor Management, or Accounting oversight.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Accounting teams to effectively manage vendor relationships.
  • Lead a team of merchant processing specialists.
  • Supervise the daily functions of the merchant processing division.
  • Develop and enhance operational policies and procedures.
  • Examine processing data to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Remain informed about the latest advancements in payment processing technologies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Experience Requirements:
  • Preferred experience of at least 5 years in finance and vendor management.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

Essential Skills:
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Work Type:
  • Onsite, Full Time, Direct Hire.
  • Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 annually.
