Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Guide. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales, and support to our customers. You will work closely with our management team and other Customer Experience Guides to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, including answering questions, educating customers about their options, and completing sales transactions.
  • Work closely with management and other Customer Experience Guides to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and present vehicle information to customers, including features, capabilities, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including deal documentation, underwriting, cash handling, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of related work experience in customer service, sales, or retail industry.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.
